Getting Help and Contacting Support

The Support page has two ways to get help: four quick links that jump straight to the page you probably actually need, and a request form for anything that isn't one of those. Here's what each one does.

The four quick links

CardWhere it goes
Email SupportOpens your email client, addressed to support@noc.org
DocumentationThe setup and download page — see installing the monitoring agent
License & BillingYour plan page
Agent StatusYour device list

If your question is really about your plan or a device, one of these three is usually faster than filling out the form below.

Submitting a request

Subject and message are both required — subject up to 200 characters, message up to 10,000. Every request automatically includes your username, email, and account number, so support already knows which account is asking without you needing to restate it.

There's a short 30-second cooldown between submissions from the same session, mainly to stop an accidental double-click from sending the same request twice — it's not a strict limit, just a sanity check.

Attachments: the picker works, but files aren't actually sent yet

You can attach files up to 20MB total, and they'll show up as a list you can review and remove before submitting — but that's as far as it goes today. The files themselves aren't included when the request is sent. The form says so directly, right below the attach button: if you need to share a screenshot or a log file, email support@noc.org directly instead of attaching it here.
